Property layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the images.
Also included in this new image release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created plans to transform the substantial island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a legend detailing different areas of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for marina coverings.
More documentation made public as part of the current investigative release.
