Here is the entire text from the president's memo:
Hello Everyone—
I know you all just finished your gathering - I trust you’re as enthusiastic as I am with the positive developments. Previously I shared you all a update, I expressed the following: “I am confident in this group. You all are some of the most driven and creative designers we have had the opportunity to collaborate with - and we’re looking forward for that collaboration to endure.”
With your dedication and versatility, particularly over the last year, you continue to prove that.
The player input from last fall’s the game demo was revealing. It confirmed the appeal of a action-packed game but made clear we still had refinements needed. It uncovered the requirement for a sharper identity.
It’s been inspiring to see how far you’ve come. You accepted the feedback to consideration and reimagined the title with a revitalized vision - one that’s ready to achieve its ambition to our players.

His guidance and background in the competitive gaming field is considerable, having dedicated the past decade and a half creating and leading some of the most recognizable titles in gaming, such as Call of Duty: Black Ops, and most recently, Apex Legends.
